You’ll be part of a collaborative team, contributing to the full R&D lifecycle — from concept to testing and product launch — ensuring that our solutions meet both technical specifications and market demands. How You Will Make An Impact Apply your knowledge of electromagnetism to support innovative concepts’ validation through simulations
Tackle engineering challenges on Medium Frequency Transformers
Contribute to the development of new features in our design tools
Organize prototyping and testing activities to validate new technologies/products with global teams
Align your work with our strategic technology roadmap
Take ownership of work packages and deliver results using a structured approach
Deepen your understanding of transformer technologies and support internal consulting to optimize R&D activities
Contribute to intellectual property and risk management activities in R&D
Your Background MSc or PhD in Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering, preferably with R&D experience
Knowledge of electromagnetism and circuit theory with electromagnetic simulation skills
Proficiency in MATLAB and/or Python
Strong English communication skills (French is a plus)
Analytical thinking, ability to work independently and in international teams
Awareness of product development processes
