Our client is seeking a Technology Lawyer to join their dynamic team. They are a leading international technology company focused on driving innovation, setting industry standards, and supporting digital transformation across multiple markets.
Your responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the Procurement team to ensure compliance with governance frameworks and internal policies.
* Partner with colleagues in the Commercial & Technology Legal Services unit to align legal advice and maintain consistency across projects.
* Advise on legal matters related to digital platforms, including websites, mobile apps, and OTT services, supporting their development and operation.
* Provide contractual guidance for data-driven consumer initiatives within the CRM function.
* Support technology procurement for football-related activities, including match operations and educational tools.
* Assist with the legal aspects of content creation and production across broadcast and editorial media.
* Offer legal expertise on corporate and event-related ICT agreements, including supply and implementation arrangements.
Your qualifications:
* 2–4 years of experience in commercial legal practice, along with a recognised legal qualification and a degree in a relevant field.
* Strong English communication skills—both written and verbal are essential, with other languages seen as a bonus.
* Confident in reviewing complex documents and translating them into clear, practical legal advice.
* Experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, with a solid grasp of the commercial considerations behind them.
* Good working knowledge of IP, IT, and data protection laws, and a keen interest in legal operations and improving legal processes.
* Known for your collaborative approach, thriving in cross-functional environments and communicating with clarity and precision.
