Madame Sum is bringing its dumplings to the world's biggest Art fair: ART BASEL 2025. We are looking for a new superpower to join our kitchen team and participate in this exciting event with us!
We will serve our dumplings at a food stand to all the guests who attend the art fair. With our small menu, we will propose two kinds of dumplings (meat or veggie) in a delicious rice bowl.

Working hours from approximately 10 am to 8 pm.
Tasks
* Steaming dumplings and cooking rice
* Prepare the plates in a fast and efficient manner
* Manage your mise-en-place so you can serve efficiently during rush hours
* Communicate with the front of house to adjust the amount of portions prepared
* Compliance with HACCP - Organize, clean and sanitize the refrigerator and all storage areas
* Familiarize yourself with the correct use, maintenance and care of all equipment at each station.
* Bring good vibes to our kitchen crew
Requirements
Kitchen experience (Restaurant kitchen experience is a plus)
Kitchen studies or similar (food mindset)
A young and dynamic mindset, willing to learn and work in a collaborative team
Be able to work under pressure and high volumes
English is a must!
Swiss or EU passport
Working permit is a must
