Lead Production Specialist
The Atelier Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence and production efficiency at the atelier. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), this position is responsible for overseeing the entire production cycle, guaranteeing the highest level of artisanal quality, strict adherence to delivery deadlines, and effective implementation of strategies.

Main Responsibilities:
* Production and Atelier Management:
o Plan, organize, and supervise all production activities, ensuring achievement of volume, quality, time, and budget objectives.
o Collaborate with the Central Quality Department to implement and monitor rigorous quality control systems, ensuring each creation meets the highest standards.
o Optimize production processes to increase operational efficiency and contain costs, promoting continuous improvement.
o Monitor production performance, analyze data and KPIs, and promptly adopt corrective actions.
o Supervise the correct procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring their availability and quality.
* Team Management and Development:
o Lead, motivate, and develop the Atelier's team of artisans and operators, promoting a stimulating and excellence-oriented work environment.
o Define clear and measurable objectives at the individual and group level, monitoring performance and providing constructive feedback.
o Effectively organize shifts, holidays, and operational coverage to ensure production continuity.
