Key Responsibilities
* Technical Implementation Leadership: Own the end-to-end delivery of a multi-year ERP modernization initiative, architecting and executing the transition from legacy platforms to a scalable, cloud-native SAP S/4HANA environment.
* Solution Architecture & Design Governance: Define and validate technical solution architectures, ensuring consistency across modules and integration layers, and driving configuration standards, performance optimization, and data model design.
* Hands-On Technical Oversight: Act as the senior technical authority‑deeply engaged in reviewing solution code, deployment pipelines, and integration frameworks (APIs, middleware, interfaces)-to ensure robustness and scalability.
* Cross-Functional Delivery Management: Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary technical team (Developers, Solution Architects, Basis, and Integration experts) while governing System Integrators through agile delivery and direct technical collaboration.
* Data & Integration Excellence: Oversee critical implementation streams such as master data management, data migration, interface orchestration, and security design to achieve seamless interoperability across enterprise systems.
* Strategic Technical Execution: Translate business strategy into executable technical roadmaps, ensuring infrastructure and deployment strategies align with enterprise goals, compliance, and performance targets.
Profile
* Experience: 10+ years leading large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementation and modernization programs, focusing on technical delivery in global enterprise environments.
* Technical Depth: Advanced understanding of SAP architecture, core modules (FI, MM, SD), and adjacent technologies (BTP, PI/PO, APIs, Integration Suite). Able to challenge technical solutions and troubleshoot complex issues across platforms.
* Leadership: Proven experience building and leading high-performing technical teams and enforcing stringent governance over System Integrators and technical delivery standards.
* Implementation Focus: Strong hands‑on capability in solution design, data migration methodology, release management, and environment provisioning.
* Communication: Able to articulate complex technical concepts, risks, and trade-offs clearly to executive and non-technical stakeholders.
