This role ensures effective communication with suppliers, proper documentation of quality issues and supports continuous improvement of supplier quality performance to maintain uninterrupted production. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liReview and evaluate supplier complaints based on internal nonconformities /li liEnsure accurate and complete defect descriptions including quantities and technical documentation /li liCoordinate communication with suppliers regarding corrective actions and deadlines /li liMonitor supplier responses and ensure timely processing of complaints and sorting activities /li /ul h3Return Management /h3 ul liEvaluate and decide on the necessity of returning defective material to suppliers /li liCoordinate documentation of returned / reworked material /li liEnsure correct documentation including return forms and defect reports /li liTrack supplier analysis and corrective actions /li /ul h3Monitoring of Corrective Actions /h3 ul liTrack the implementation status of actions related to complaints, returns and rework /li liMaintain transparency on supplier corrective actions and follow up on implementation /li liSupport reporting on complaint statistics and supplier quality performance /li /ul h3Stakeholder Collaboration /h3 ul liAct as interface between suppliers and internal stakeholders /li liSupport production, engineering and quality departments in supplier-related quality issues /li liEnsure proper communication and alignment regarding supplier complaints and actions /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liMin. 3 years of experience in supplier quality assurance, complaint management or operational quality roles /li liExperience in supplier communication and coordination of corrective actions /li liKnowledge of manufacturing processes and failure analysis methods /li liExperience in data analysis and quality reporting is beneficial /li liTechnical background (engineering, quality management or comparable experience) /li liGood knowledge of key quality tools such as 8D-Reports, 3-legged 5 Why, SPC, Ishikawa /li liStrong communication and coordination skills /li liAbility to work independently and in cross functional teams /li liFluent German and English skills (written and spoken) /li /ul h3Our commitment to inclusion, fairness and equal opportunities /h3 pWe believe in meaningful careers, continuous learning, and equal opportunities for everyone to drive our innovation and success.
