If you value responsibility and see security as more than a job, this is the right place for you.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze, assess, coordinate and respond to security incidents (IT & OT) – from detection through containment to sustainable remediation.Contribute ideas to the incident‑response process: develop playbooks and preventive measures and continuously improve them.Work with the SOC team, various IT teams and business units to ensure effective detection & response.Support the introduction and optimization of security use cases (SIEM, SOAR, EDR, OT‑Security) and the ongoing evolution of tools and processes.Participate in the build and operation of log‑management, vulnerability management and other security solutions.Shape our security architecture in projects such as PAM, SIEM or OT‑Monitoring and assist employees with security questions.QualificationsCompleted degree in computer science, IT security or a comparable qualification with professional experience; very good German language skills; clear, friendly, and respectful communication.Several years of experience in incident response or security operations – ideally in critical infrastructures.Deep knowledge in log analysis, vulnerability management and security monitoring.Familiarity with IT and OT security and hybrid infrastructures (on‑premises, cloud, network zones).Analytical thinking, structured work approach and the ability to stay calm under pressure.What to expect / Start80‑100% workload.
