Are you passionate about education, coordination, and leading people? Swiss Exams is looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to join our Exam Operations as a Team Leader for Exam Logistics.
Your Responsibilities
Lead a team of four.
Oversee the preparation and dispatch of materials for paper-based Cambridge exams and Goethe exams.
Ensure all exam materials are handled securely and according to internal and external quality standards.
Oversee exam venue logistics and maintain high standards at venues.
Collaborate closely with other team leaders and departments to ensure seamless exam delivery.
Your Profile
Preferably a Bachelor's degree, or KV with experience, HF/FH.
Fluent in English AND German (CEFR level C1) is a must.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
High attention to detail, rules, and exam regulations.
Ideally experience in team leadership and/or coordination.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under pressure.
