Scientist (100%) ADC Specialist Antibody Oncology Research

Your key responsibilities:
* Develop, execute and manage drug discovery projects, including production and characterization of ADCs (biophysical properties, specific activity, biological assays etc.)
* Design and support setup of project-specific assays and their optimization
* Develop, execute and manage ADC projects with collaborators
* Supervise and manage interactions with CROs to timely meet project milestones
* Plan, execute, and report experimental work independently and in collaboration with team members
* Support the Araris team to generate potent ADCs and to fulfill company milestones
You bring:
* Scientist with PhD degree in Biochemistry, Protein Chemistry, Bioconjugation, Protein Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences or in a related technical field
* Post-doctoral experience is a plus
* Knowledge and extensive hands-on experience with setup and execution of standard techniques for protein or bioconjugate production, purification and characterization (SEC, FPLC/HPLC, HIC, SDS-PAGE, LC-MS, ELISA)
* Experience with antibody or ADC work is strongly desired
* Experience with bioengineering, bioconjugation, biochemistry or oncology models is highly welcome
* LTK1 certificate is a plus
* Knowledge and experience with standard cell culture and cell-based assays is a plus
* Feel comfortable with English (spoken/written) as main communication language
* Familiar with computational work (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, GraphPad Prism, etc.)
* Passionate about working in a high intensity-work biotech company
* Strong and fun team player
