Director of CVE La Fourmi Job Description Within the General Directorate of Human Resources, the Child Care Centers of Vaud Canton offer 132 collective preschool places for children in Vaud in order to better reconcile family life and work. In this role, you will lead the CVE of La Fourmi (76 places, with 30 supported by the educational assistant director), ensuring the optimal functioning of the institution, in accordance with missions, legal and regulatory requirements, by providing quality care to the children welcomed, and collaborating in the definition of educational projects. You will establish and maintain a quality relationship with parents (supervision of management of any disagreements, institutional meetings) and supervise the staff of the site (recruitment, onboarding, support, training). You will actively participate in the management and financial aspects of the institution, as well as in broader activities or projects.
