Imerys Graphite & Carbon is seeking a dynamic and visionary Industrial Director to lead our global Graphite & Carbon operations. This is a strategic leadership role, reporting to the General Manager and playing a key part in shaping the future of our business. At IMERYS, every person matters, and in this role, your leadership will have a tangible impact on people, processes, and performance.
What You’ll Do:
* Champion safety and operational excellence across all production plants
* Serve as a key member of the management team, contributing to the strategic vision of IGC and driving sustainable growth
* Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing operations team
* Ensure top-quality product delivery while optimizing costs and resources
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives across processes, equipment, and workflows
* Oversee global quality management and engineering functions, ensuring consistent product quality, managing investments and expansions, while supporting product development and standardization
What We’re Looking For:
* Master’s degree in Process Engineering, Engineering or Chemistry
* Business-level English (Dutch or Italian is a plus)
* Proven leader and team player, able to motivate and inspire people
* Strategic thinker with a passion for operational excellence
