Participate in recruitment initiatives alongside the leadership team, aligned with HR strategy.
Lead onboarding activities for new team members and ensure their full integration.
Define individual development goals, set clear expectations, and guide team members in their improvement areas.
Conduct Annual Performance Appraisals to foster career development and discuss aspirations.
Propose development plans to store management and HR.
Identify training needs and collaborate with store management and the training manager to address them.
Sales & Client Experience
Drive the achievement of sales targets through strong team leadership, with specific responsibility over assigned departments.
Develop business strategies and action plans to support the growth of your categories.
Cultivate a strong client culture within the team, supporting client discovery, nurturing loyalty, and sharing best practices in clienteling.
Support the team in complex sales situations and in handling client complaints.
Lead morning briefings, ensuring full team engagement and preparation.
Coach team members to enhance data accuracy and improve client contactability, ensuring compliance with privacy and company standards.
Contribute to commercial development by leveraging product knowledge, market trends, client insights, and best practices; monitor key performance indicators.
