Seasonal Steward – April to September (m/w/d)
Mandarin Oriental Palace Luzern is seeking a Seasonal Steward to support our Steward team throughout the high season. The position is temporary and entry‑level.
Location: Luzern, Switzerland.
Key Responsibilities
* Cleaning, storage, and preparation of cutlery, glass, crockery, porcelain, and cooking utensils.
* Cleaning all kitchen equipment, appliances, floors, and walls.
* Proper handling and use of cleaning agents and equipment.
* Waste disposal in accordance with company guidelines.
* Proper storage, maintenance, and handling of equipment.
Qualifications
* Initial experience in the cleaning sector within upscale hospitality.
* Strong customer‑service orientation and self‑reliant work style.
* Flexibility and ability to work during weekends and holidays.
* Good manners and high quality awareness.
* Open‑mindedness, sense of responsibility, and teamwork.
* Good German and English; additional languages are an advantage.
* Work permission in Switzerland (EU/EFTA passport).
