You can contribute this role
Develop strategic foundations in the areas of personnel marketing, recruitment and retention (concepts, processes)
Design nationwide personnel recruitment processes and take on business process responsibility
Conduct market analyses, collect and evaluate key figures and prepare reports
Lead specialist groups and advise departments and administrative units
Conduct nationwide workshops and training sessions

What makes you unique
Completed university degree with further training in marketing or human resources management; several years of experience in personnel marketing and recruitment
High IT affinity, knowledge of HR processes and strong analytical skills
Experience in interdisciplinary collaboration and leading strategic projects
Communicative and conceptual skills; political sensitivity; advisory competence
Good knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage
Very good oral and written skills in two official languages; passive knowledge of the third official language if possible

You combine personnel marketing with strong IT and HR process understanding and, thanks to your experience, ensure that talents can be targeted and sustainably recruited and retained for the federal administration. The personnel, our task
The Federal Personnel Office (FPO) is responsible for personnel policy in the federal administration. It develops the foundations and instruments so that personnel management in the departments and administrative units can be successfully controlled and further developed. It defines the personnel strategy, develops federal personnel law, manages nationwide personnel resources, provides training and further education offers and operates centrally controlled HR IT.
