We are looking for a Regional Commercial Manager, overseeing 6 markets (Austria, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, UK and emerging markets). We’re not looking for someone to “manage accounts.” We’re looking for someone who builds these markets and delivers growth. Someone who gets out of the building, into bars, restaurants, events, retail and turns conversations into growth. Preferably based in Switzerland/Austria/Germany or the UK.
What You'll Actually Do
You own commercial growth across 6+ markets for REBELS 0.0% by:
managing distributor relationships, help them perform, grow, and deliver but don’t hide behind them
Building annual plans (sales, distribution, visibility) in accordance to ambitious company targets
Finding growth where others don’t look: channels, markets, customers
Building the brand both in on-trade (bars, restaurants, events) and off-trade (retail)
Spending serious time in the field – selling, training staffs, opening doors, closing deals with distributors
Working closely with marketing to keep execution tight and bring the brand to life
Using data when it helps and judgement when it doesn’t exist
Having full P&L responsibility across your territories
Reporting and working closely with the Commercial Director
What You Bring
You’ve done commercial work, sales, brand or distribution management (FMCG / drinks industry is a plus) with 3-4 years experience
You know how to sell and how to build relationships that last
You understand and enjoy the beverage industry
You read people quickly and adjust in real time
You don’t belong behind a desk, you belong in the market
You understand how on-trade and retail actually work
You communicate clearly in English, German is a big plus, Italian and Spanish are a nice-to-have
You’re ready to travel ~20% of your time (1-2 trips per month)
