You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to resolve quality issues, drive improvements, and support new product developments while ensuring compliance with relevant quality standards. /p h3Tasks Responsibilities /h3 ul liMaintain and manage the Approved Supplier List (ASL) /li liEvaluate and qualify new suppliers based on technical and quality capabilities /li liAnalyze incoming material defects in collaboration with Engineering and Inspection teams /li liParticipate in Material Review Board (MRB) activities for non-conforming materials /li liWork closely with suppliers to drive quality improvements and corrective actions /li liSupport supplier selection together with Purchasing and Engineering /li liPlan and conduct supplier audits in line with ISO and regulatory requirements /li liTrack audit findings and ensure timely closure /li liManage supplier non-conformances, including issuing corrective action requests and follow-up /li liIdentify and assess supplier risks and support mitigation actions /li liSupport change control processes and supplier development activities /li liDrive quality-related cost reduction initiatives /li liMonitor and report supplier performance (e.g., scorecards) /li liSupport internal and external audits related to supplier quality /li /ul h3Education Experience /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related field /li liAt least 2+ years of experience in a regulated manufacturing environment /li liExperience working with standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485, or similar /li liExperience in supplier quality, auditing, or quality assurance is an advantage /li liCertification such as ASQ Supplier Quality Engineer/Auditor is a plus /li /ul h3Competencies /h3 ul liStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions and cultures /li liSolid understanding of quality systems and manufacturing processes /li liAnalytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills /li liAbility to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment /li liHigh attention to detail and structured working style /li liProficiency in Microsoft Office /li liStrong team player with a proactive and solution-oriented approach /li liWillingness to travel occasionally /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
