Accounting Operations Manager (80-100%)
We are looking for an experienced professional to strengthen our Finance department. As Accounting Operations Manager, you contribute to the execution, supervision, and continuous improvement of end‑to‑end accounting processes in collaboration with our external partner (third‑party provider), local teams, and Corporate. You are responsible for the quality, compliance, and smooth execution of accounting operations at market level, while supporting the alignment with global GBS standards.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Coordination
Supervise and coordinate a small team, depending on market needs.
Serve as a point of escalation for complex accounting matters, providing guidance, priorities, and follow‑up.
Coach internal team members and oversee the work executed by the third‑party provider.
Accounting Operations & Process Execution
Act as the main point of contact between the market, Corporate Finance, and the external provider for end‑to‑end process activities (AP, AR, P2P, R2R…).
Monitor quality, SLA/KPI adherence, and compliance of all accounting deliverables.
Ensure accuracy of financial data produced by the external provider and perform analyses in case of discrepancies.
Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities, ensuring reliable and timely reporting.
