Trading Support / Business Analyst - FX Specialist (M/F/X) The role: We are looking for a Trading Support / Business Analyst specialized in FX to assist the trading teams with support and the evolution of trading systems. At the heart of the trading floor, you act as a bridge between the business teams (traders, risk office) and the IT teams. You contribute to the smooth operation of trading systems, resolution of incidents, and continuous improvement of processes while also engaging in projects related to FX activities, bringing your business and technical expertise to the analysis of needs and the implementation of solutions.Responsibilities:- Provide support and technical expertise to the trading teams for issues related to trading systems.- Gather requests, incidents, and questions from traders and prioritize their processing.- Analyze and resolve level 1 and level 2 incidents, document causes and solutions.- Collaborate with development teams for the resolution of complex incidents and updates to technical documentation and procedures, implementing process improvements to optimize the efficiency and reliability of trading systems.- Participate in the lifecycle of trading systems: testing new versions, change management, and configuring trading systems according to business needs, in both test and production environments.- Coordinate interventions with solution vendors, brokers, and market makers.- Ensure the continuity and reliability of systems used by the trading floor and risk management.- Work closely with trading teams and the Risk Office to ensure appropriate market and counterparty risk management.- Identify risk points in trading flows and contribute to their reduction or monitoring.Contribution to FX projects- Participate in projects related to FX activities by conducting functional analyses and supporting tool development.- Collaborate closely with the FX Product Owner and the teams.What we are looking for:Experience and technical skills:- Professional experience in support with knowledge of FX activities and trading systems.- Experience with market solutions such as SmartTrade, Integral, Bloomberg, or Broadridge.- Mastery of the Broadridge protocol (ULBridge / ULDashboard) is a plus.- Understanding of market and counterparty financial risks and their presence in trading flows.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong service orientation in a trading environment where time and risk stakes are high.- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and team.- Autonomy, initiative, and proactivity.Languages:- Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written (HEG type or equivalent). jid94158a3aen jit0311aen jpiy26aen
