Our Opportunity
Within our Watch Marketing team, based in Neuchâtel, we are looking for a:
Watch Marketing Trainee (6 months, from March/April 2026)
Role
Reporting directly to our Watch Marketing Manager, the main mission of this role is to support our Marketing team dedicated to the Octo Collection on the following activities:
* Coordinate product launches: prepare detailed product sheets, conduct in-depth competitive analysis and mapping of existing products and collections, and ensure smooth follow-up of product photo shoots
* Monitor sales performance across the entire product life cycle, identifying key trends and areas for improvement
* Analyze luxury market trends and competitive landscapes, delivering regular and insightful reports to support strategic decision‑making
* Contribute to product portfolio assessments by synthesizing key findings and formulating actionable, data‑driven recommendations
What You Will Learn
* Develop a strong understanding of the product life cycle in the luxury sector by analyzing sales performance and identifying potential growth levers
* Conduct competitive intelligence and benchmarking, identifying key trends in the luxury goods market and formulating recommendations to refine and optimize the product offering
* Perform product portfolio analysis, structuring and synthesizing complex data to support range optimization and strategic assortment decisions
Your Background
You are a student in the final year of a Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, seeking a 6‑month internship in an international and dynamic environment. Ideally, you have gained a first experience in a luxury environment.
Driven by a passion for luxury and a curious mind, you possess sharp analytical and critical‑thinking skills with strong orientation. You excel at developing and presenting strategic insights with attention to both form and content. Your proactive, solutions‑oriented approach and autonomous nature allow you to thrive in a challenging environment.
A positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills enable you to build and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You are committed, flexible, and adept at meeting objectives under pressure.
You are proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint), Power BI, and project management. Finally, you are fluent in French and English.
You must have a valid internship agreement signed by an accredited educational institution.
