For our Headquarters in Chiasso (CH), we are hiring:

TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST

(NO REMOTE)

We always try to strengthen our organization by adding the best talent available to our staff. We are looking for a talent acquisition specialist to define the requirements for vacant company positions, identify, select and hire qualified candidates for various roles in our company.

Responsibilities include defining hiring criteria, be familiar with online and offline sourcing techniques, like networking at career events and reaching out to prospects via email or phone.

To be successful in this role, you have excellent excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills, to interact with candidates and internal departments, over 4 years of talent acquisition experience, proficiency in candidate tracking systems and the ability to devise sourcing strategies for potential candidates.

Objectives of this Role

1. Input into the organization's overall hiring strategy to ensure that our teams are made up of a diverse set of qualified individuals
2. Ensure that the company's staffing needs are met, bearing in mind a long-term talent strategy
3. Design and implement procurement strategies to build pipelines of potential candidates
4. Create and implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience
5. Create close relationships with Managers to ensure clear expectations of the candidate
6. Coordinate with hiring managers to define necessary requirements for open roles
7. Send recruiting emails to passive candidates and follow up when necessary
8. Browse resume databases and portfolio sites
9. Join social media groups and professional networks and interact with potential candidates
10. Advertise open positions to external networks
11. Ask for referrals from current employees, acquaintances and industry professionals
12. Maintain organized databases with candidates’ data (e.g. in our ATS)
13. Attend job fairs and organize career events
14. Keep in touch with past applicants
15. Use Boolean search to look for qualified candidates for hard-to-fill roles
16. Conduct benchmark research on compensation and benefits for various positions and seniority levels
17. Measure source of hire and time-to-fill for each role
18. Research and recommend new sourcing tools and techniques

Skills and Qualifications

19. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, or similar
20. 4+ years of work experience in Talent Acquisition, Headhunter or similar roles, in particular in digital field
21. Certification obtained from the Human Resource Certification Institute would be appreciated
22. Familiarity with social media, C.V. databases, and professional networks
23. Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
24. Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions for proactive candidate search
25. Excellent communication, negotiation and persuasion abilities (particularly when making cold calls and sending recruiting emails)
26. Time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously
27. Good decision-making skills
28. Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
29. A deep understanding of the requirements for each role in the company
30. Expertise in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
31. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
32. Excellent communication skills in Italian, English and Spanish (written and verbal), German will be a plus.
