Responsibilities
1. Technical Project Management: Lead the planning and execution of small to mid-size investment projects with direct impact on production and business performance
2. Perform process engineering calculations and support plant optimization activities; Conduct feasibility studies for new installations or modifications to existing systems, including cost estimation, scheduling and functional assessment
3. Support production adjustments and new product introductions
4. Concept Development: Develop and evaluate potential technical solutions, including assessment of advantages and limitations
5. Team Coordination and Resource Management: Coordinate and secure all required internal and external resources to ensure timely and professional project execution
6. Process Optimization and knowledge Transfer: Drive optimization of process flows, implement solutions and support knowledge transfer within the organization
Profile
7. Technical diploma or Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, process technology, biotechnology or chemical engineering (Master’s degree preferred)
8. Strong ability to apply engineering knowledge in day-to-day project execution
9. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
10. Highly independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
11. Advanced English and German skills (written and spoken)
12. Innovative mindset with strong conceptual and analytical abilities
13. Strong leadership skills within a matrix environment
14. High level of motivation and willingness to drive improvements
