JUNIOR BUSINESS CONTROLLER_m / f (100%)_Geneva_Fixed-term contract 6 months
The holder of the Junior Business Controller position will play an active role in drawing up the budget, quarterly re-forecasts and monthly p&l impacts
Main tasks :
* Co-leading the monthly forecasts, quarterly re-forecasts (last estimates) and annual budgets within the deadlines set by the EssilorLuxottica Group.
* Defining to set up key financial and non-financial indicators, working capital and DSI.
* Participating in the production of ROI (return on investment) returns on the various investment projects.
* Helping to make decisions for the various departments, the finance department and top management, based on rigorous quantitative and financial analysis.
* Working with the EL Group to review and share best practice.
* To monitor and steer central and shop margins.
* Create and maintain detailed Excel-based financial models and business cases
Your Qualifications and Skills :
Bachelor - University degree in Business Administration (preferably in finance, accounting, or controlling)
Proficient in English. German and / or French (verbal & written) is an advantage
1 year in a retail industry or in an international company
Very strong Microsoft Excel and good PowerPoint skills
* Self-starter, proactive.
* Confident and fluent communicator with management at all levels.
* Rigorous understanding of financial controls.
* Relentless focus on driving process efficiency.
Ability to deliver high quality work to tight deadlines.
