Senior Global Product Manager CMF 100%
Your responsibilities
* Collaborate in product development projects as Product Manager for CMF (Craniomaxillofacial)
* Drive the development of new products and the further enhancement of existing ones
* Prepare market, sales, and turnover analyses, as well as pricing strategies
* Identify market developments and formulate appropriate measures
* Maintain and expand a network of surgeons and key opinion leaders
* Prepare documents for product approval in collaboration with development engineers and regulatory affairs
* Product life-cycle management of the existing product portfolio
* Conduct product training for customers and employees
* Attend in surgeries, conferences, and workshops
Your qualifications
* University degree in technical, scientific, or business education
* In-depth clinical and anatomical knowledge of CMF (Craniomaxillofacial)
* At least 7 years of experience as a product manager in the field of medical devices
* Strong analytical skills and enthusiasm, combined with high resilience
* Authentic leadership
* Excellent organisational skills and intercultural competence
* Experience in the operating room
* Very good Office 365 skills; experience with a PLM system is an advantage
* Fluency in German and English (written and spoken), with strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Willingness to travel (approx. 20%)
