Join a dynamic environment focused on elevating creators' brands through engaging Instagram Reels content. This role centers on editing and posting high-quality picture reels, tracking engagement across multiple reel types, and supporting content strategy for creator accounts. You will play a key part in analyzing trends, generating new content ideas, and providing actionable feedback to creators to optimize their social media presence.
Deliverables
Edit and upload visually compelling Instagram Reels using provided assets and creative direction.
Track and report engagement metrics for 2-3 different reel types per account.
Research and analyze top-performing reels across various creator niches to identify trends and best practices.
Generate fresh content ideas and contribute to a weekly content schedule.
Provide constructive feedback to creators to enhance reel performance and audience engagement.
Requirements
Proven experience editing Instagram Reels or similar short-form video content.
Strong understanding of Instagram’s platform, trends, and engagement strategies.
Ability to analyze social media metrics and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual storytelling and content ideation.
Excellent communication skills for providing feedback and collaborating with creators.
Familiarity with content scheduling tools and basic analytics platforms.
Availability for a full-time contract position; remote work is acceptable.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
