Tu deviens la personne qui veille à la sécurité et au bon fonctionnement des ascenseurs et escalators de Lausanne. Grâce à la maintenance, au diagnostic et aux réparations, tu garantis que tout continue de circuler… sans interruption.
Responsabilités
Maintenance & réparations
* Entretenir les systèmes mécaniques, hydrauliques, électriques et électroniques
* Diagnostiquer, réparer, remettre en service, rapidement et en sécurité
* Réaliser les réparations « Circuit Court » et gérer les commandes de pièces
* Utiliser les outils de diagnostic et de paramétrage pour redonner vie aux installations
Organisation
* Planifier et optimiser tes tournées.
* Identifier améliorations et réparations complémentaires (T&CC)
* Documenter tes actions pour un suivi fluide avec l'équipe
Sécurité & service client
* Libérer des passagers bloqués, avec calme et maîtrise
* Naviguer dans les systèmes d'information techniques
* Participer au service de piquet
* Représenter Otis avec professionnalisme et empathie
Qualifications & Compétences
* CFC en électricité (ou équivalent), idéalement avec expérience en ascenseurs ou maintenance technique
* Résidence dans la région lausannoise
* Maîtrise du français, permis de conduire suisse
* Esprit d'analyse, sens du service, autonomie, organisation
