Role Overview
We seek professionals to guide our clients through their digital transformation, combining industry knowledge across the entire value chain with IT expertise. Your role involves consulting, business development, sales support, project coordination, innovative solution development, and marketing campaigns. You will work closely with clients, develop new solutions, and support sales activities, including lead generation and networking within Switzerland.
Qualifications
* Degree in Informatics, Business Informatics, or Engineering
* At least five years of experience in industry and consulting
* Experience in roles such as Project Manager, Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, or Test Manager, with relevant certifications
* Passion for industry trends like Lean, Digital Production, IoT, Predictive Maintenance, etc.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Certifications like IPMA Level C, PMP, or Hermes Advanced preferred or willing to obtain
* Fluent in German and good English skills
* Willingness to travel within Switzerland
