Responsibilities
Design and implement advanced data models and analytics solutions.
Develop AI-driven insights for underwriting, risk, contracts, claims, and portfolio steering.
Integrate and process large-scale re/insurance datasets, ensuring data quality and governance.
Work with cloud platforms (e.g., Snowflake, AWS, Azure) to build scalable data solutions.
Collaborate with teams to deliver data-driven products that solve real-world challenges.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or data engineering.
Strong skills in SQL, Python, or R for data analysis and automation.
Knowledge of cloud-based data solutions (Snowflake, AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Understanding of re/insurance data structures, pricing models, and risk analytics is a plus.
Passion for turning data into actionable business insights.
Fluent in English; German or other languages are a plus.
