* Prepare and restock minibar trolleys, check rooms (including unoccupied), refill drinks and amenities, and maintain cleanliness.
* Wash and polish glasses, update minibar lists, and ensure trolleys are tidy and ready for the next day.
* Weekly: Refill office coffee, sugar, and cream; monitor minibar storage and prepare orders if needed.
* Assist with laundry: collect and sort laundry orders, prepare and label floor carts.
