Internally, within the World Economic Forum, the Lead reports directly to the Manager, Cyber Resilience, Centre for Cybersecurity. /p h3Breakdown of Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liOperate the project management office to ensure day‑to‑day management of the Systems of Cyber Resilience: Electricity Initiative. /li liEnsure appropriate governance and reporting processes for the Executive Steering Board or activities relevant to ensuring the success of the Initiative. /li liManage day‑to‑day activities, including onboarding and integration of new members, stakeholder engagement across industries, governments, civil society, international and intergovernmental organizations, academia and research institutions. /li liFacilitate sharing of resources, methodologies, tools and techniques and curate proposals for new projects. /li liCoordinate feedback and sharing from members, transforming this feedback into insights and project development plans in conjunction with the members. /li liDisseminate the activities and successes of the initiative internally and externally. /li /ul h3The successful candidate will be assessed on /h3 ul liSuccessful delivery of an operational Project Management Office based on a defined budget. /li liDelivery of at least one physical meeting of the members per year and quarterly meetings of the Executive Steering Board. /li liFeedback from Executive Steering Board on effectiveness of the Project Management Office, and delivery of curated project development plans with members. /li liDissemination efforts to bring visibility to the initiative through the WEF platform and external platforms. /li /ul h3Preferred Requirements And Experience /h3 ul li8‑10 years of professional experience in the private sector, leading a project management office or building cyber resilience across the electricity sector or related critical infrastructure. /li liMaster’s degree in business, economics, engineering, or related disciplines. /li liAbility to influence and motivate senior leaders of competing companies into supporting a collective cause. /li liTrack record in conceptualizing, building and leading multi‑organization collaborations that deliver impact. /li liExperience working with industry and government leaders at senior executive/minister level, and subject matter experts. /li liProven agility and strong orientation for delivering results while embracing change – a proactive, self‑starter. /li liAbility to build strong internal relationships and networks within complex, multicultural environments. /li liExcellent network‑building skills and passion for cultivating external relationships. /li liOutstanding communication skills, fluency in written and spoken English. /li liComfort with occasional global travel and proficiency with CRM tools. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
