Your Role
Join our dynamic Global Drug Substance Development team, where you’ll collaborate with motivated scientists to pioneer the production of new biological therapeutics. If you have experience in data analysis and process modeling, this is your chance to shine! As a key player, you’ll design experimental studies on our state-of-the-art robotic platform, specifically aimed at optimizing the production processes for monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) and antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs).
This is a part-time position at 40%
Key Responsibilities
* Design and execute experimental studies on robotic screening for mAbs and ADCs process development.
* Build hybrid models to enhance productivity and quality profiles using historical data from past molecule development.
* Retrieve and blend online data with external analytics for comprehensive offline modeling.
* Develop a hybrid predictive model for dynamic analysis of process parameters on critical quality attributes using advanced modeling software.
* Work with external consultants from modeling software vendors to enhance predictions and data analysis, and partner with cross-functional teams to validate model predictions and refine control strategies.
* Prepare detailed reports summarizing modeling results, insights, and recommendations for optimizing control strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
* Create technical reports, presentations, and publications that highlight your findings.
Who You Are
* Master’s degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology).
* Proven experience in designing and executing experimental studies, ideally in the biopharmaceutical sector.
* Familiarity with automated method building and data analysis software.
* Strong digital acumen and exceptional attention to detail.
* Excellent organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
* Proficient in English and French, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
