YOUR TASKS
The ideal candidate will be both analytical and pragmatic, willing to learn, able to navigate complex compliance topics.
The tasks will include:
* Provide support to the team with regards to regulatory advisory (incl. MIFID / MIFIR – Trade and Transaction reporting, Market Abuses)
* Develop, implement, and perform second-line compliance controls.
* Conduct and update risk mapping and support remediation plans where needed.
* Contribute to maintaining and improving the compliance framework (policies, procedures, guidelines).
* Support onboarding and KYC processes.
* Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and elevate matters to senior compliance management as appropriate.
* Stay ahead of regulatory changes and market trends.
YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS
* + but not a pre-requisite: first experience in a compliance, legal, or control function.
* Strong analytical mindset and capacity to translate regulation into operational practice.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact confidently across business lines.
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven approach.
* Fluent in English and in French.
RECRUITMENT PROCESS:
Between 2 and 3 rounds of interviews: both fit and technical questions.
