What you can contribute

• provide advice throughout the HR lifecycle, with particular emphasis on professional support to management
• support recruitment professionally, while developing and maintaining the candidate pool as part of effective candidate relationship management
• independently lead case management in the relevant specialised area and support complex case management processes, depending on the situation
• professionally support reorganisations and change processes and effectively advise managers and teams during all phases of change
• continuously develop HR processes and maintain close, trust-based collaboration with the HR interfaces of the office

What makes you unique

• several years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable generalist HR role; ideally, experience in the federal administration or another public institution
• in-depth knowledge of recruitment, case management and handling issues related to labour law
• strong advisory skills; ability to act as an equal strategic interlocutor and demonstrate sovereignty and great professionalism in demanding situations
• high degree of autonomy and structured working style
• good active knowledge of two official languages and, if possible, passive knowledge of the third
