As a 360° Consultant, you are an entrepreneurial professional with a passion for connecting talent and opportunities in the Life Sciences industry. You thrive in a quickly evolving, client-facing environment and are motivated by building long-term relationships that create real impact. You will be part of a team of professionals, operate with autonomy, and have the support of a collaborative, experienced team of Area Content Experts.
Your Tasks
Approach prospects in our target segment (Life Sciences and Medtech) and advise them on their hiring strategy to support their missions.
Win recruitment mandates and manage the full recruitment process (sourcing, interviewing, placement).
Become your candidates’ lifelong agent for their career development. Become your clients’ trusted advisor for HR solutions.
Collaborate with internal Area Content Experts for specialized roles when needed.
Stay informed about industry trends and talent movements.
Your Experience
Proven background in recruitment—either in-house, agency, or executive search.
Successful track record in business development and client relationship management.
At least 2 or 3 years of business experience in one company in Switzerland.
Fluent in German and English or French and English (additional languages are a plus).
Very good understanding of the Life Sciences/Medtech/pharma sector is mandatory.
