Our Talent team is expanding with the growth of On, and we are looking for an enthusiastic person to join us as a Lead, Growth Instructional Designer. This role involves designing, developing, and delivering high-quality learning programs that enhance team skills and performance, collaborating with SMEs, and staying current with learning trends.
Your responsibilities include:
* Designing engaging training programs, courses, and materials, including eLearning, instructor-led training, and assessments.
* Creating multimedia-rich content to improve learning retention.
* Collaborating with stakeholders to identify development needs and performance gaps.
* Conducting needs and skill gap analyses to align training with business goals.
* Managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other technologies for training delivery.
* Facilitating live training sessions and webinars as needed.
* Developing evaluation strategies to assess training effectiveness and using data to improve programs.
* Partnering with Talent BPs and SMEs to ensure training meets business objectives.
Your background:
* Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, HR, or related field; Master’s or certifications like CPTD, ATD are a plus.
* 7-9 years of experience in instructional design or L&D.
* Experience with eLearning, instructor-led, and blended learning programs.
* Familiarity with LMS and culturally diverse learning experiences.
* Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Passion for learning, development, and creating engaging learning experiences.
