This is a 6-month maternity cover. The Scanning and Mailing Officer will be responsible for mail management within the bank.

In this role, you will:
1. Ensure proper scanning of documents in EDMS (Electronic Documents Management System)
2. Manage distribution of incoming documents for the bank (PBRS & PBSEC) and ensure all outgoing mails are sent in due time
3. Manage Return Mail to obtain new client mailing addresses with respective Relationship Managers
4. Manage all Business Audit confirmations and Credit Card / Code Pin sending processes
5. Ensure all bank archives are duly listed internally and stored by external providers
6. Manage controls related to customers' daily printed production with external providers
7. Validate inputs performed by colleagues, ensuring data accuracy
8. Adhere to bank procedures and follow supervisor instructions
9. Take ownership and participate in various bank projects
Requirements:
* Fluent in French and proficient in English
* Flexible, accountable, dependable, and respectful of diverse cultures
* Good knowledge of IT tools (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, etc.)
* Attention to detail, disciplined, rigorous
* Discrete, quick, and efficient worker
* Good organizational skills
* Interpersonal skills, able to work under pressure
* Autonomous operation
* Legal eligibility: Swiss or EU citizenship or valid Swiss work permit
