The rapid development in digitalization drives us to constantly learn new things and further develop our platform offerings. As a (Senior) Product Manager, you will be responsible for the further development of Unified Communication & Collaboration (UCC) products and their positioning on the market. You will work closely with various teams to create innovative B2B solutions. Your focus will be on the entire lifecycle management and the strategic alignment of service portfolios. With your market and technology know-how, you will develop customized solutions that really make a difference.
* Overall commercial and technical responsibility for the service, maintaining and further developing throughout the entire service life cycle
* Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure an excellent customer experience and represent the respective service, incl. towards Sales, Marketing, Partners, Engineering, Controlling and customers
* Identifying market requirements and using these to define current and future product strategy and characteristics, business case, development and market launch of new services (features) with a focus on UCC solutions
* Shaping the service according market requirement together with the product owner
Your skills
* A degree (ETH/Uni/UAS) in ICT, business administration or similar fields
* In-depth knowledge of product management, particularly in the area of UCC cloud solutions and technologies, as well as experience in agile product development
* Experience in leading projects and managing complex service offerings, strategic and conceptual thinking, hands-on, leadership skills, customer-oriented, willing to take end-to-end responsibility
* Experience in stakeholder management in complex structures and confident behaviour in negotiations, strong communication skills
* Enthusiasm for digital innovations and technological trends, good understanding of market developments, customer needs, trends, and products and technologies in the UCC sector
* High level of initiative (proactive) and decisiveness, combined with a solution-orientated and very structured way of working, affinity for numbers and data and mastery of the associated basic tools
* Residence in Switzerland
* Very good German and English; French is an advantage
