Quality Representative on a Permanent Contract, 100%
What we expect from you:
* Implement the quality policy, monitor quality indicators and prepare regular reports
* Conduct steering committees and management reviews
* Ensure compliance with standards and regulatory requirements
* Manage internal and external audits
* Implement preventive actions aimed at continuous process improvement
* Raise awareness and train teams on good quality practices and ensure traceability
* Manage quality documentation and ensure its compliance
* Monitor centre incidents and verify the effectiveness of associated action plans
What you bring:
* Higher education in quality, engineering, sciences or an equivalent field
* Proven experience in a quality role in Switzerland
* Good knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001, etc.)
* Mastery of audit tools and document management
* Excellent analytical, organisational and communication skills
* Team spirit, good communication and a natural ability to unite your interlocutors
* Languages: French (native), German (level B2-C1), English (an asset)
* Autonomous and structured working method
