Sales Enablement Leader
As a seasoned sales enablement professional, you will lead a team of pre-sales Solutions Architects and Solutions Engineers in Eastern Europe. Your primary objective is to drive revenue growth through strategic planning and effective communication with the sales organization.
* Hire, develop, and coach a high-performing pre-sales team in the region.
* Bolster a collaborative culture within the team to promote customer obsession, teamwork, and diversity.
* Foster a solution-based selling approach within the field engineering organization.
* Cultivate deep relationships with key customer executives to build strategic partnerships.
* Ensure alignment with internal services and partners to secure implementation strategies.
