Position Overview
To support our growing operations, we are seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Boudry. The successful candidate will coordinate travel arrangements, manage technical service reports, provide administrative support to service teams, and contribute to the optimization of our customer service operations.
Key Responsibilities
Organize and coordinate business travel for Customer Service technicians (CUS).
Review, validate, and process intervention reports.
Prepare and issue invoices related to services provided.
Monitor outstanding payments and conduct client follow-ups.
Develop and maintain dashboards and monthly operational reports.
Support ticket management and updates within the CRM system (Salesforce).
Candidate Profile
Proven experience in export logistics and the coordination of professional travel.
Proficiency in SAP or an equivalent ERP system.
Fluent in French; minimum B2 level in both German and English (oral and written).
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication skills and an ability to coordinate effectively across departments.
Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment.
