About the Role
We are supporting our client, a leading company in the pharmaceutical and biotech sector, in the search for an experienced
QC Project Lead
. In this role, you will act as the primary interface between Quality Control, Production, QA, MSAT, Engineering, and external customers. You will drive strategic alignment across cross‑functional teams and ensure efficient, timely project execution within a dynamic matrix organization.

Your Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships
* Prepare and oversee production campaigns
* Manage GMP‑related change requests and deviations
* Support customer audits and regulatory inspections
* Calculate and monitor QC project costs
* Independently coordinate, prioritize, and schedule QC tasks
Your Profile
* Master's degree or PhD in natural sciences (biology, biochemistry, pharmaceuticals)
* Experience in GMP and QC environments is an advantage
* Strong communication skills in
German and English
* Confident use of MS Office; experience with Documentum, LIMS, TrackWise is a plus
* Strong analytical thinking, excellent organizational skills, and a structured working style
* Enjoy working in a dynamic project environment with changing priorities
* Team‑oriented, proactive, customer‑focused, and able to stay calm under pressure
