 
        
        HR-IT / SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (m/f/d)
This role offers a varied and exciting area of responsibility in HR IT. The HR-IT / SAP SuccessFactors Consultant will support customers throughout the entire project lifecycle-from requirements analysis and conception to implementation and operation-acting as an expert in innovative HR solutions.
Key responsibilities:
 * Consulting on the conception, development, and implementation of HR-IT concepts for national and international customers
 * Conducting workshops, testing, and trainings at customer locations
 * Configuring SAP HR solutions, with module experience in
 Employee Central, Time Management, or Payroll
 * Taking responsibility as a project manager
 * Supporting customers in optimizing their system landscape, analyzing errors, proposing improvements, and managing HR IT solutions in cloud environments
Profile:
 * Technically skilled, communicative, committed, curious, and motivated to work on innovative topics
 * Holds a degree in industrial engineering, business informatics, computer science, business administration, or a related field
 * Has experience implementing one or multiple SAP SuccessFactors modules
 * Project management experience is an advantage
 * Willingness to travel for national and international project assignments
 * Fluent in German and English
 is a must
