Maintain excellent relationships with key stakeholders at all levels in Geneva and local entities, ensuring projects and activities are delivered on time and with high standards.
Act as the interface between the Headquarter and the 170 local entities: support the implementation of new guidelines and initiatives, manage internal communication with all entities, and provide them with necessary information.
Serve as a point of contact in the HQ and advise on HR issues or requests.
Project Management
* Participate in designing, implementing, and embedding global HR projects, processes, or tools in various HR areas (performance management, succession planning, etc.).
* Take ownership of assigned HR projects with a hands-on approach.
* Propose actions to optimize existing tools and improve HR processes.
Data
* Responsible for collecting and monitoring the accuracy of HR data for approximately 20,000 employees monthly.
* Produce statistics, HR reports, analyses, and relevant ratios.
* Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and human rights standards globally and locally.
* Advise entities on social compliance topics.
* Participate in policy writing.
* Implement and monitor actions in accordance with EU requirements.
Administrative Support
* Monitor the organization of the 170 entities (organizational charts, management teams, HRIS implementation, etc.).
* Track new entities and ensure proper onboarding.
* Inform stakeholders about major changes.
Recruitment
* Handle recruitment processes (job posting, screening, first interviews) or facilitate candidate selection for key local positions (GM, CFO, HR).
* Participate in the global annual salary review process, implementing guidelines and tools, and reviewing individual allocations with GVA Managers.
* Guide entities in designing remuneration systems to ensure competitiveness and talent retention.
Performance / Talent Management
* Monitor performance evaluation systems for white-collar employees.
* Train local HR staff on these processes when necessary.
* Advise local HRs on performance management for blue-collar employees.
* Create training sessions on relevant HR topics to upskill local HRs.
* Organize regular communication for MDs and local HRs.
* Manage onboarding of new local HR staff.
HR System
* Follow the implementation of global HR systems.
The Successful Applicant
* Over 10 years of experience in an HR role.
* University degree in human resources or legal studies.
* Experience with multi-site and multi-activity organizations is a plus.
* Professional curiosity and tenacity.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a changing environment.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
* Good understanding of employment legislation and regulations.
