At our Competence Centre 'Power Converter Solutions,' we hold a leading position in developing, manufacturing, installing, and commissioning high-power electronic converters, focusing on STATCOMs, Rail Power Supply Converters, and static frequency converters for industrial applications. Responsibilities
* Lead and support Lean Six Sigma (L6S) projects to improve process efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction
* Identify automation opportunities and develop solutions using Power Automate, Power BI, and advanced automation tools
* Design and implement dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and support data-driven decisions (understanding of different data types)
* Collaborate with stakeholders to map, analyse, and optimize business processes
* Promote a continuous improvement mindset across the organization through training, coaching, and best practice sharing
* Support digital transformation initiatives aligned with strategic business goals
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering
* Min. 5 years experience in continuous improvement, process optimization, or digital transformation roles
* Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI) and advanced automation tools (e.g. Power Automate Desktop)
* Solid understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodology (Green Belt or higher preferred)
* Experience in process mapping, root cause analysis, and change management
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Fluent in English, German is beneficial
