Would you like to take responsibility for supporting projects and the operation of Workday HCM professionally and competently on the technical side? We are looking for you as a proactive “doer” who will drive forward the technical development of Workday HCM with enthusiasm and initiative.
Your area of responsibility
Work closely with Divisional HR Operations to ensure seamless HR service delivery
Manage and implement day-to-day operational changes in Workday HCM such as position changes and organizational changes and similar
Maintain data integrity and process consistency across Workday HCM processes and functionalities
Support and lead People Tech operational improvement projects
Maintain productive relationships with divisional stakeholders to ensure clear communication and effective management of expectations
Active participation in maintenance and further development, taking responsibility for new features along the entire change process
Management of escalations and continuous improvement of business processes
Accompanying and coordinating the semi-annual Workday releases together with the specialists
Analyzing and recording recurring activities in the form of a service catalog
Support in the preparation and implementation of sprint and release planning
Your strengths
2-3 years of proven experience in HR operations using Workday HCM
Experience in handling and troubleshooting Workday business processes and configuration
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working closely with multiple stakeholders across different divisions
Fluent in English; proficiency in German or French is a plus
