Manager Deal Transformation and Post‑Merger Integration Advisory
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES In this role, you will lead complex M&A integrations and separations, applying forward‑looking and tailored methodologies to each client’s situation. You will be responsible for driving value creation by performing and overseeing operational and financial analyses, assessing merger synergies, carve‑out implications, and the stand‑alone performance improvement potential of buyouts and corporate divestments. You will deliver exceptional client service by advising clients across the firm’s full range of offerings, building strong and trusted relationships, and leading engagement teams in line with robust quality standards and proven methodologies. You will engage closely with C‑suite stakeholders, confidently leading discussions, translating strategic ideas into tangible transformation and integration solutions, and becoming a key go‑to contact for delivery transformation. You will define, plan, resource, and execute project scopes, managing timelines, expectations, and deliverables to ensure high‑quality outcomes. In addition, you will inspire, coach, and develop team members, fostering a collaborative, high‑performance environment that encourages innovation and excellence. You will also deploy advanced analytical and AI‑driven solutions to provide deeper strategic insights and enhance client outcomes.
YOUR PROFILE You have a strong entrepreneurial mindset, are highly motivated to lead and grow, and are comfortable working independently in fast‑paced, dynamic environments with tight deadlines and evolving priorities. You combine strong problem‑solving skills with a strategic mindset and a high level of attention to detail, and you are able to simplify complex topics into clear, compelling executive‑level narratives. You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a top‑tier university with outstanding academic performance. You bring a minimum of seven years of relevant M&A experience gained in consulting or industry roles, with clear exposure to at least one major Swiss industry such as financial services, life sciences, consumer, or industrials. You have strong project and stakeholder management capabilities, excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint, and a proven ability to communicate insights through high‑quality executive storytelling. You are comfortable working with AI technologies and are keen to embed AI‑driven solutions into advisory offerings to drive innovation and better client results. You are fluent in English, with German or French as a strong advantage, and you have experience working in an international environment with excellent interpersonal skills.
