Hi. We're Boxium, a very early‑stage company in Ticino building a simple, useful service: secure archive storage for businesses, with pickup + retrieval when they need a box back. Optional scanning/OCR and certified destruction .

We're at the stage where the product is real, the offer is clear, and what we need now is the thing most people avoid: talking to companies. On the phone, and face‑to‑face.

If you're the kind of person who can read people quickly, stay calm with gatekeepers, and earn trust in 5 minutes, this will fit.

What you'll do

Call and email a targeted list of companies (we provide a starter list; you can expand it).

Book and attend onsite intro meetings across Ticino.

Qualify needs: box volumes, retrieval frequency, retention, privacy constraints.

Hand off to founders for quoting/closing at first; later, you can close if you want.

What we provide

A tight pitch + objection handling (no corporate fluff).

A simple pipeline/CRM so you're not "keeping it in your head".

Starter target list (not exclusive).

After a successful trial: company phone + more lead flow.

Compensation (transparent)

Commission on closed deals (either % of the first invoice or % of the first 3 months; we can choose what's better).

Optional: small fixed amount per qualified meeting held (to reduce your downside).

No fixed hours, but we agree on weekly activity targets, so it's not vague.

Trial

2 weeks. Clear expectations (calls + meetings booked).

If it works, we scale the volume and tighten the process around you.

You're a fit if

You enjoy phone work and aren't afraid of in‑person meetings.

You're based in Ticino and can drive to companies.

You speak Italian well (English is a plus).

Experience in fiduciaria/legal/medical/architecture helps, but the real filter is: you can execute consistently.

What this is / isn't

Not a "marketing role".

Not a "wait for inbound leads" role.

It's practical, local B2B execution with real people and real businesses.
