Your tasks
To strengthen the Technical Helpdesk, we are looking for a cheerful, motivated and flexible person who is used to working independently and supports the team, immediately or by arrangement. Through your quick and reliable troubleshooting, you ensure a high level of support for our customers, on-site if necessary.
1. Error analysis and elimination as part of 2nd level support (by phone, remotely, on site)
2. Installation, maintenance and support of active network components such as switches, routers, firewalls and VPN components
3. Database adjustments, database evaluations & support
4. Finding solutions, feasibility checks for customer requests
5. Support with IT projects (system integration, network integration, virtualization)
6. Commissioning of new devices / interfaces (example hosted services)
7. Training of internal employees (technicians, 1st level)
8. Application assistance, application support, software analysis and training for customers
9. Link between different departments (salesperson, project manager)
10. Main interface to GTS (SKIDATA Global Technical Support)
