Your Role as a Listing Specialist:

1. Identify and secure new property listings.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a seamless and professional experience throughout the selling process.
3. Stay informed about the local real estate market and trends to provide expert guidance.

What We’re Looking For:

1. A valid real estate license (or in the process of obtaining one).
2. Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
3. A proactive mindset and a passion for achieving results.
4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

1. Represent buyers, sellers, and renters in real estate transactions.
2. Conduct property showings, open houses, and market evaluations.
3. Develop marketing strategies to promote listings (e.g., social media, MLS).
4. Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with legal and financial regulations.
5. Manage communication and coordination between all parties during transactions.
6. Maintain records, provide exceptional client service, and nurture long-term relationships.

Qualifications:

1. Education & Licensing: High school diploma (required), valid real estate license or the motivation to get one.
2. Experience: Sales, negotiation, or customer service background preferred.
3. Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
4. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with MLS, real estate tools, and digital marketing.
5. Attributes: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and professional with a client-first mindset.

Compensation:

$112,400 - $185,600 yearly
