As such, we are looking to welcome a
Group Financial Controller
to strengthen our Controlling team.
This opportunity involves several tasks, including :
 * Defining and enforcing the Group's financial calendar, ensuring accurate and timely submission of financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and audit deliverables.
 * Driving, harmonizing, and strengthening internal control systems within Group entities, ensuring compliance and efficiency of financial processes.
 * Planning, coordinating, and monitoring internal audits, ensuring alignment with Group standards and regulatory requirements.
 * Overseeing the monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated closings at Group and subsidiary level, fully compliant with IFRS and/or local GAAP, in collaboration with the Accounting Manager.
 * Working with the Management Control Lead to ensure accuracy of cost accounting, stock valuation, and project accounting related to complex machine production cycles.
 * Monitoring investments (CAPEX) and work-in-progress (WIP) within the entities, in line with Group policies.
 * Maintaining and updating the Group's global transfer pricing policy, in coordination with local teams and external tax advisors.
 * Ensuring that transfer pricing documentation aligns with Group operations, complies with local regulations, and is audit-ready.
To ensure the best possible collaboration, we require :
 * HES, Master's degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent
 * CPA, Chartered Accountant, or equivalent certification
 * 5 years of audit experience, including team management
 * Controlling experience in a multinational with subsidiaries
 * Proficiency in OneStream consolidation system
 * English level C1
