Description:
1. Contribute to designing and implementing enterprise-level technology solutions that support Thermo Fisher Scientific’s mission of enabling customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer
2. Architect secure, scalable solutions across cloud platforms, infrastructure, applications, and data systems within the technology organization
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into innovative technical solutions
4. Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and best practices
5. Contribute to digital transformation initiatives and development of technical strategy
6. Support and guide other technology professionals
7. Work with modern technologies including cloud, AI/ML, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems integration
Requirements:
8. Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of enterprise architecture and technical leadership experience in large, complex organizations
9. Preferred Fields of Study: Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related technical field
10. Strong experience with IT operation and infrastructure design in GxP environment
11. String knowledge in network design in MERA environment including architecture patterns, security, and integration
12. Extensive experience with enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives and technology modernization
13. Deep understanding of security architecture principles, compliance frameworks, and risk management
14. Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain enterprise architecture standards and governance processes
15. Strong knowledge of data architecture, analytics platforms, and enterprise integration patterns
16. Strong communication skills with ability to present effectively to stakeholders
17. Experience overseeing complex technical projects and providing architectural guidance
18. Experience supporting technical teams and implementing architectural standards
19. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
20. Ability to align strategic vision with implementation requirements
21. Strong documentation and technical writing skills
